FAQ Refresh for 2021
2021 has already seen a rush of bookings. Couples are feeling hopeful that they’ll be able to host their dream wedding in the near future and we couldn’t be more ready to perform for you and get your guests on the dance floor! We’ve performed at every kind of event and are here to help you plan your own unique party. With that in mind, we wanted to revisit some FAQs that have been helpful for our clients. We know how crazy wedding planning has been this year and we hope this helps you navigate the process stress-free! Can I customize my band?
Yes! We know that every event is unique, so our band is completely customisable and we offer something for every vision and budget. You can choose your base investment from a 3-14 piece band and add extras from there to create the perfect package. Depending on your guest count, you could book a 3-4 piece band for an intimate cocktail soirée, a 14 piece band for a grand gala, or anything in between! Our optional Add-Ons include a Cocktail Hour Band, DJ Sets, Flexible Date Bookings, MC Service, and even Lighting Options. Select only the services you need for a completely bespoke experience.
Can the band play for the ceremony and cocktail hour in addition to the reception?
Absolutely! We’re an all-inclusive band with a broad musical repertoire. Want classical music for your ceremony, a jazz set for your cocktail hour, and dance party reception? You’ve got it. Get in touch for more specific details and requests.
Can I choose the music?
We have a solid repertoire of songs that will please all of your guests from your 6-year old niece to your grandfather. To keep everyone on the dance floor, it’s important to be able to read the room on the night; but our number one priority is pleasing YOU. Just let us know what you want to hear, and, if it’s not already in our repertoire, we’ll work with you to make your night perfect. You can also give us a list of songs that you love and songs that you dislike on your planning page–we’ll base our set list on your music preferences.
Can I see the band perform before I book them?
You sure can! We offer Virtual Showcase performances where you can preview a variety of musical styles and band sizes to help you find the perfect fit for your event. Keep an eye out for Live Showcase dates, too–currently subject to local restrictions 😉
My event was downsized. Do you offer any small event options?
As a matter of fact, we do! We’ve always offered customisable band packages and are now offering Small Event Specials to specially accommodate downsized events. Our Small Events Specials include ceremony performances only, cocktail hour performances only, DJ services, or a customizable DJ + Live Musician hybrid (guitar, keys, sax – you name it!).
2020 has made me hesitant to book my vendors ahead of time. What happens if I need to change my date?
We completely understand! Which is exactly why we’re offering Flexible Date Bookings. When you book your band, we’ll waive our Flexible Booking fee should you need to change your date ($500 Value). Please see our T&Cs for more details.
Do you offer any additional services?
We do! Packaging your vendors is one of the best ways to make wedding planning easy AND save money. In addition to the band, we offer Photography & Videography services. We make it easy to capture your most precious moments and all the dance floor action by matching you with the perfect team based on your event, vision, style, and budget. Choose your base investment and add extras from there for a completely bespoke package. Plus, you’ll get 10% off any Photo or Video Package when you also book the band!
