Vendor Feature: Social And Co. Design

We are really excited about this blog post because we are featuring one of our favorite vendors: Social+Co! We had them answer a few questions about weddings and working with us!

Tell us about yourself and where you’re based.

What is your favorite part about the planning process with a client?
Making their planning experience joyful, tangible, and intentional. Once the logistical details are set we love diving into the design of their wedding! Hosting our couples for their design proposal has to be the most exciting part of our time together. Pouring over inspiration, textures, colours and unique details that create an overall theme and design that is truly a reflection of them as individuals and as a couple.

Can you share a memory about working with Supersonic Hearts Band?
It is always a pleasure working with Supersonic Hearts Band. There is a distinct energy that they bring to a wedding reception that guests can’t get enough of. Our favourite part is watching the dance floor clear after a set as guests need a water refill and fresh air, then watching it fill immediately when the band returns to start another set! The dance floor is never empty when they are playing!

Share one of your most memorable experiences as a planner.
One particular experience that has always stayed with me was a mother-of-the-bride who thanked our team so sincerely for taking care of her daughter during the year we were together and for creating the most beautiful wedding planning experience. It was a simple but entirely genuine moment. She invited my husband and I for a family dinner after the wedding. We are so intimately involved with our couples and cherish the honour that it is to be invited into their lives and the experiences that wedding planning brings.
